Cowboys Lost Print E-mail

Ouch! Great football games today and unfortunately (for me and many others) the Cowboys lost to the Giants. Now by default, I have to root for the Packers as they are the team with the best shot of beating the Patriots.  I really wanted to see Peyton Manning and the Colts take down Tom & the Brady Bunch, but I'll settle for Brett Favre and a bunch of cheese heads at this point.

Favre con Queso!

Peyton really let me down... I was really hoping the Colts would make it back into the big game. I guess I can at least cheer for baby brother Eli.

Embrace the Pats! They have a gruff but lovable coach (who really can be funny and personable). The best QB in the game, an owner who saved a team from moving to another town and has done wonders for the team and it's fans. Oh, and he always sounds like he's half in the bag.

My son, 5 years old, was watching the games yesterday. He was rooting for NY and when I asked why said, "Because Green bay has a better chance of beating them and then making it to the Super Bowl."

I'd like to take credit for his vast football knowledge but he's been watching and learning all season from-----my wife!
