My lovely wife and the mother of my sometimes devilish but mostly angelic children, comes home today from a business trip. Somehow Little Bit got this idea in her head that we needed to get sno-cones before she arrives. Last night it was going to be sno-cones after we picked her up from the airport but since she is three years old she decided she wanted one on the way home from school instead. This is how another one of our humorous car ride conversations went...
 Little Bit: Daddy, I want to get a sno-cone right now.
Me: I thought you wanted to wait until Mama came home?
Little Bit: No, I want to get one right now.
Me: Well since we are going to eat Tex-Mex tonight with Mama we should wait and get sno-cones after dinner.
Little Bit: NOOOO! I want to get them before dinner!
Me: We are not going to ruin our dinner by having dessert first.
Little Bit: But I want to have dessert first!
Me: I understand but since I am the Dad and I have the money to pay for the sno-cones that means I am in charge. We'll get sno-cones after dinner.
Little Bit: No, I am in charge! (laughing) I am the Mom!
Me: Oh really? So you have some money to buy the sno-cones then?
Little Bit: Yessssss. I have some right here! (pulls change from her cupholder)
Me: Haha. That's only four pennies. I think you are a little short.
Little Bit: Well you can pick me up then!
Me: (laughing)
Little Bit: (singing to herself) I am in charge...I have some money...I am in charge...
Me: You are funny.
Little Bit: I wish I was a fish...
