Zack Arias is an Atlanta based editorial photographer whose Website I recently discovered through a fellow photography forum member. He has been making video critiques of aspiring photographers' sites and recently did this video for a guest blog post at Scott Kelby's site .

It's a great inspirational video for photographers - even the ones as successful as Zack himself.
