Happy New Year! Last night we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and the kids spent the night with some friends. So what did we do? We booked a hotel room at the Hilton in downtown Austin, of course!
Good times. I love you, baby! Thank you for saying "I do" ten years ago. 
Last year on January 1, 2008, I started a Project 365 - a photo-a-day project where you take and post a pic every day for a year. Sometime back in September I failed to complete the mission. I forgot one day to take a photo and while I could have back dated the camera and snapped one the next day, I didn't want to be a cheater. I felt bad for making it nine months into the year and ended up quitting. But I got over it and am now back on for 2009!
Shortly after midnight I snapped this photo of my wife and I on 6th Street. I thought it was a perfect way to start off the year.
